About the role as Maintenance Engineer for Local Networks

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our department for Corrective Maintenance, which currently consists of 14 people.

In this role, you will be an important link between our customers, contractors, and internal maintenance work. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming cases within the local network, both from small and large customers. A central part of the job is to administer customer cases, follow up on urgent measures, and ensure they are handled efficiently.

If necessary, you will also make field visits to evaluate situations on-site. You will drive and order actions from inspections in the field and initiate smaller projects to solve recurring issues. Additionally, you will act as support for our contractors when challenges arise.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A technical high school education in electrical power technology, a university degree with a corresponding focus, or equivalent experience from working life.
• Experience with electrical networks, maintenance of substations, and service operations. Practical experience in maintenance within local networks is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, customer-focused, and structured. You have an analytical approach, collaborate well with contractors, and can take your own initiative to improve and develop the work.

Since you will have many points of contact, both internally and externally, good collaboration skills and communication are crucial. Previous experience with customer contact is a plus.
