We are looking for an engaged summer substitute in property maintenance/gardening for the summer of 2025.

In preparation for the summer holiday period, we need to strengthen our team with a summer substitute in property maintenance/gardening. You will play an important role in maintaining the quality of our managed properties around Falköping.

Your role with us

As a summer substitute in property maintenance, you will work with various tasks aimed at ensuring a healthy outdoor environment and inspecting common areas. Your main tasks may include gardening such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and basic shrub care. You will also be responsible for waste collection with sorting and cleanliness. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues.

We value that you are a team player who is not afraid to pitch in where needed and that you are open to learning new tasks. You will be an important part of creating a positive everyday life for our tenants.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has a good ability to work independently. Since the job involves some physical activity, it is beneficial if you have a good basic fitness level. You enjoy working outdoors and with practical tasks.

We believe that you are a positive and service-oriented person who has an eye for detail and an interest in creating order and tidiness. You appreciate meeting people and contributing to a positive atmosphere in our residential areas. We place great importance on your personal suitability and would like you to share our values of commitment and care.

Your qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old to work with us.
• For many of our positions, a B driver's license or AM license is a requirement.
• Experience in gardening or cleaning is an advantage, but not a requirement. We also welcome those who are eager to learn!
• Basic digital competence is an advantage as we use digital tools in our work.
• It is a plus if you have experience handling gardening machines and hand tools.
