Description

Sommarhemsskolan is located in the southern parts of Uddevalla, close to the city, the sea, and the forest.

The school is relatively newly renovated and is therefore well-equipped with furniture, equipment, and teaching materials, both digital and analog. Each work team has access to classrooms, group rooms, break rooms, teacher workrooms, etc. The school is led by a principal and an assistant principal. Our belief is that our leadership needs to be based on the classrooms and the realities of teachers and students.

Responsibilities

You will work as a teacher in the subject of physical education and health. Qualification in another subject is welcome. You will be part of a work team where you participate in the development work of the team and the school. Other tasks such as mentorship, development conversations, support work, playground supervision, documentation, etc. are of course also included in the assignment.

Qualifications

The position requires a teaching license in the relevant subjects.

You are well acquainted with the governing documents of compulsory school and work with formative assessment as a natural part of your teaching. You are interested in developing the school for increased safety and study peace as well as increased goal fulfillment.

We place great importance on personal qualities and skills. You should be service-oriented with a focus on collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You possess qualities that include both structure and creativity. A positive attitude and a sense of humor are advantageous.
