About the position As a Workplace & Security Coordinator, you will have a broad and dynamic role with significant responsibility. You will work closely with the service and security team and be responsible for areas such as alarms, surveillance, personnel transport, mail handling, and access control. You will also be involved in other office-related tasks. The team's responsibilities are continuously developed based on the needs of the business, which requires you to be flexible and adaptable to new routines and contexts.

The position involves a rolling 3-week schedule where you work one week and then have two weeks off. During your work week, you will be stationed at the office in central Stockholm, where you will also have access to an apartment on-site. Since the role includes responsibility for alarms and surveillance during evenings and nights, you will live at the workplace during your work week.

About you We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles within service and security, preferably in a fast-paced international environment. You have a genuine sense of service and always strive to deliver that little extra.

You are a confident and stable person who is unpretentious, attentive, and service-oriented. You are flexible, have good multitasking abilities, and are quick in both analysis and decision-making. You will have significant ownership of your tasks and need to be comfortable making quick decisions. One of your strengths is your intuition and ability to always stay one step ahead.

The role requires you to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English, and you must have a B driver's license. Security guard training or training in personal protection is highly meritorious.
