The operational support consists of a stable and well-functioning team of over 20 people.
The support is characterized by high competence, strong drive, and the aim to continuously develop, improve, and support the operations within Nacka's municipal schools and preschools. We now intend to hire a professional and driven HR specialist. Your Mission
In the role of HR specialist, we offer you a varied and engaging assignment where you primarily work operationally and consultatively with school leaders in all HR-related areas. Your work is close to the operations and broad, focusing on labor law, employee cases, rehabilitation, negotiations, union contacts, management recruitment, redundancy, and legal and contractual interpretation. You also work strategically with training initiatives and development work. The team consists of three HR specialists, of which you are one.
The HR team is to deliver high service and strong support. To thrive and succeed in the role of HR specialist, you need to be able to drive your own cases, be self-sufficient, and handle both high workloads and complex issues. You work in a decentralized and goal-oriented organization with significant responsibility to develop both HR's working methods and, together with school leaders, the operations towards established goals and be a functional support for management. You are an important representative of the operational support and Nacka's municipal schools and preschools.
Your Experience
For this position, it is required that you have:
- a university degree in human resources or another education that the employer deems equivalent
- at least five years of current experience in operational HR work, with a focus on labor law, negotiations, rehabilitation, or difficult conversations
- experience in independently driving entire HR processes, where the role has also involved building trusting relationships and required a high degree of flexibility
- experience working with union parties and creating and maintaining good contacts
- good digital competence with experience using digital systems and tools
- very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you also have:
- experience working in HR within municipal operations
- knowledge of and experience in the school and/or preschool sector and its contractual area.

You are communicative and relationship-building, but also clear and direct in your communication. You are a confident and self-sufficient HR specialist who has the courage and ability to act and make decisions based on your convictions, experience, and specialist knowledge. You can make decisions and act on them, even when information is limited or circumstances are challenging. Furthermore, you are loyal to made decisions. You are a strong person who fully embraces the challenge of driving HR support forward through cost-effective work based on specialist knowledge and goal orientation.
