Your future challenge

At BAE Systems Hägglunds, we are currently in an expansion phase due to new business opportunities.

In connection with this, we are looking for a forwarder.

As a forwarder, you play an important role in our close-knit team of nine people. Together, we ensure that our transports, customs handling, and deliveries run smoothly – from order to delivery. In our expansion phase with many new businesses, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach the customer on time and with the correct documentation.

Your daily tasks include:

• carrying out forwarding tasks such as booking transports, customs clearance, invoice handling, and seeking and managing permits for transports.
• reviewing and coding invoices.
• initiating and driving improvement measures together with other colleagues in the department.

You collaborate with many different departments internally. You also have a lot of contact with various authorities, such as the Customs Authority, as well as different freight companies.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You communicate easily and thrive with many points of contact. You are meticulous, responsible, and eager to contribute with engagement on our expansive journey forward.

We would like you to have:

• experience or education in forwarding, customs handling, and transport (import/export)
• good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• experience working in SAP and Microsoft Office
• familiarity with reviewing and handling invoices
• an interest in developing and improving work processes
