We are now looking for a service assistant to the University Services unit within the Property and Services department. University Services provides daily service for employees and students to enable a good working and study environment at the university. Our goal is to create comfort, a clean and intact environment, and to provide world-class service at one of the country's leading universities.

We are now looking for a service assistant who will primarily work with cleaning in the university's premises on the Luleå campus. The position also includes some work at Wibergsgården to support the current staff there.

University Services is responsible for Wibergsgården, which is the university's representative house, a beautiful Norrbotten house next to the campus. Wibergsgården is used for conferences, lunches, meetings, internal training, farewells, etc. In addition to serving/conference hostess, the work also includes cleaning and maintenance of Wibergsgården.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or relevant work experience is required for the position. Completed SRY training, experience from restaurants or conference facilities, and good computer skills are advantageous. Furthermore, you must have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

You should have a pronounced sense of service, be cooperative and flexible, be able to take your own initiatives, and enjoy working in a group as well as independently. You have a good sense of order and take great responsibility for your tasks. You value good hospitality and exude pride. Your work is a service job, and we therefore place great importance on personal qualities.

Scope and Location

We are looking for a service assistant for a permanent full-time position, located in Luleå. A probationary period applies. Start date by agreement.
