Type of summer employment and job roles:
We would like to describe ourselves as a hotel with a heart for our community that welcomes visitors and guests. The hotel has 45 rooms, and the STF hostel is also connected during the summer months. We also have a large conference hall that accommodates 145 seated guests.
Personal qualities we are looking for:
You are service-oriented and quality-conscious, with good teamwork skills.
You want to learn and develop in the field. Attention to detail and finesse are qualities you value highly. You should be able to prioritize and collaborate even when things get a bit hectic.

About the employment:
75% summer season from week 26 to week 32 in 2025, weekend work included.
All our employees at Hotell Lyktan are part of our entire hotel team, and you will also work under a supervisor.
What we expect from you:
- Genuine interest in cleaning and a good ability to keep things clean and tidy
- Experience in cleaning and the hotel industry is a plus
- Team collaboration
- Fluent in Swedish
- Salary according to collective agreement
