Your Role

We are growing and need more people in our production. We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an assembler in our new delivery facility in Karlskoga. As an assembler, you will work in a small team with close contact with our quality department and customers.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high ability to collaborate, as well as good skills in reading and understanding instructions, drawings, and other documents in both Swedish and English. The role requires high levels of endurance and precision.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the industry; experience with handling explosive systems is a plus. We believe that you have worked a few years in the industry and have a positive attitude, are meticulous, good at working in teams, and are proactive in your areas of responsibility.

We place great importance on personal suitability as our operations require a mature and responsible approach. We also have high demands for collaboration and responsiveness within the organization.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the work requires you to understand and absorb information in both languages in both written and spoken form.

The position as an assembler is stationed at the Björkborn industrial area, Karlskoga.

The role belongs to the IF Metall agreement area and we apply fixed-term employment for 12 months.

We apply different forms of shift work and the schedule varies depending on which department you are hired into, therefore it is a requirement that you can work shifts. Working hours may change during the employment period.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for certain citizenship.
