About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Marieberg. The position is a temporary contract of 28 hours/week, expected to start in early May and last for at least one year.

In addition to your role as a sales associate, you will have responsibilities as an assistant store manager, working closely with the store manager. Together with the store manager and our other sales associates, you will help ensure that the store remains a great workplace and an attractive shopping destination like all other stores in Denmark and Sweden.

You will receive training in the industry and the Deichmann Shoe concept through practical training in our store. Therefore, it is not necessary to have experience in the shoe industry, but it is a requirement to have experience in the service industry. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to provide that extra touch to customers, this job could be for you. You are someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. Previous leadership experience in retail or restaurants is a plus. Please note that store work can be physically demanding. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
