”DOX Bistrot and Coctaileria” is the latest restaurant addition in Alingsås. ”DOX” is an international French/Italian rooftop bistro located near the train station at the top of the building with a view over the city. We have been open for almost two years and hope you will become part of this exciting journey!

The restaurant, bar, and kitchen together create a vibrant place where the overall experience is professional and genuine, where we constantly strive to exceed guest expectations and drive our concept forward towards new goals.

Your personality will be crucial - for us, it is the people who make the difference! The restaurant DOX belongs to a local operator/property owner who develops properties into new exciting restaurant concepts. We care deeply about our ingredients, our climate, our guests, and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake Neapolitan pizzas according to traditional methods.
• Handle dough and ingredients.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in baking Neapolitan pizzas.
• Good knowledge of Neapolitan pizza techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under stress.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Swedish, either as a native language or having completed SFI.

Meritorious:

• Education in gastronomy or similar work.
