Do you have an interest in technology and enjoy finding smart solutions? We are operating and developing Lindex's new Omnichannel Warehouse in Alingsås and expanding our maintenance team with an additional maintenance technician.

Your role in our team

As a technician at Lindex, you will be a key player in keeping our production equipment, automation systems, and our new facility in top condition. You will help drive improvement efforts forward, ensure that routines are not only followed but also renewed, and that the maintenance system is used in the best way to achieve our goals. You will report to our Maintenance Manager and work alongside a wonderful team of colleagues. Together, you will optimize our production processes to continue delivering that little extra that makes our customers satisfied and happy.

As a maintenance technician, you are meticulous and have a strong personal drive. You are also a team player with good communication and service skills and enjoy sharing knowledge within your area of expertise. You are a problem solver who seeks new ways to move forward when a ready solution is not available. You are handy and accustomed to practical work. You are interested in the development of technology occurring in the automation field, and you will also have the opportunity to help develop Lindex's new automated Omnichannel Warehouse and contribute to the management of our new facility. You are structured and organized, preferably with experience in 5S or similar. We see that you are curious about digital tools/systems, and you also recognize yourself in the following:

• Technical education in mechanics or electronics from a university or vocational school
• Several years of work experience as a maintenance technician or service technician, with experience in electrical and automation.
• Basic IT knowledge, with good skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, very good knowledge of English both spoken and written
• Driving license B
• Good technical understanding and a strong interest in technology
• Meritorious: Experience in logistics and warehousing, robotic systems, PLC, WMS/WCS, Siemens programming, previous work with pneumatics and maintenance systems.
