Licensed nurse, preferably with a specialist nursing degree with a focus on district nursing. If you have any other specialist competence such as diabetes or wound care, it is an advantage.

You are independent, structured, and feel secure in your professional role, as well as having good communication skills and an ease in collaborating. You have an interest in patient care and want to work for the development of the organization, the work group, and your own personal development. You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
