About the Position

As an inside sales representative with us, you play a key role in strengthening Avarn's position in the market. Through active relationship building and a keen sensitivity to customer needs, you contribute to realizing our vision of safety and security. You will work with our innovative security solutions and offer complete packages tailored to meet each customer's unique needs.

Responsibilities

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving incoming calls
  • Handling incoming inquiries from the website and email
  • Making cold calls
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers via phone and other channels.
  • Actively following up on leads and sales opportunities, often created through marketing campaigns, and securing deals.
  • Processing incoming inquiries, creating quotes and contracts, and ensuring closures through structured follow-up.
  • Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate data.
  • Working towards sales targets and monthly budgets for both new and upselling.
  • Collaborating closely with our teams to identify and offer the best solutions on the market.

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or another relevant sales role.
  • Has a strong commitment to sales and a desire to create long-term customer relationships.
  • Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards set goals.
  • Is meticulous and structured in your work methodology.
  • Preferably has experience working with CRM systems and values accurate customer documentation.

About the Employment

We offer a permanent position starting in May 2025 or by agreement, initially with a six-month probation period. Work will take place Monday to Friday, weekdays without weekends, based at our office in Örebro at Radiatorvägen 11. We apply individual salary setting and offer a favorable commission system.
