We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who can support us on an hourly basis during sick leave and as needed during absences. 

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

You will work closely in a team with an occupational therapist and/or physiotherapist as your nearest colleague. Teamwork also occurs with nurses, care staff, and group leaders. Your nearest manager has physiotherapeutic competence and is well-informed about your practical work. 

Job Description:

The position is an hourly employment as needed, working hours Monday to Friday during the day according to agreement.

Start date according to agreement.

You will work with three special accommodations focused on somatic and dementia care in Southern Gotland; Hemse Elderly Home, Iliansgården, and Sudergården. Your tasks will include assessment and treatment of diseases/injuries in the musculoskeletal system, fall prevention work, prescription of medical technical products, risk analyses, guidance of staff, delegation of HSL tasks, etc. 

We work in several digital systems such as; Appendo, Treserva Health Case, Appva MCSS, Websesam

Requirements:

* License as a Physiotherapist

* Driver's license

* Good language skills in Swedish

Meritorious: * At least 2 years of experience in the profession

* Experience in elderly care or multi-sick patients

* Worked within Treserva Health Case

* Previous prescription experience

* Experience in dementia diseases
