About the position

As a business developer, you will play a key role in creating the conditions for new ideas and companies to grow and succeed in Västernorrland. You will identify ideas with potential, coach entrepreneurs through their business journey, and ensure they have access to networks, funding, and expertise.

With strong connections in the local business community and the public sector, you will be the link that gives more good ideas a real chance.

You will be part of a creative and strong team where we support each other, collaborate closely, and combine our different skills to succeed together.

Your workplace will be in Härnösand with travel required, as BizMaker has a regional mission.

You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience. You want to work both strategically and operationally, and have experience in project management, process management, business development, or entrepreneurship. You have an interest in new technology and innovation as well as identifying business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English and be well-versed in MS Office.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in incubators, accelerators, or similar dynamic environments.
