We are looking for you who speaks fluent Danish and wants to be part of our customer service team!

As a customer service representative at BGA, you are an important part of our customer experience. You assist our customers via email, chat, and phone with questions about orders, deliveries, and products — but also with finding the right product and maximizing their order. We believe that good service and sales go hand in hand, and therefore we appreciate if you have a natural sales sense and enjoy finding solutions that help the customer and increase our sales.

About the role

  • You handle customer inquiries in Danish and sometimes in English or Swedish.
  • You mainly work with incoming inquiries via email and chat, but some phone contact occurs.
  • You work in a supportive team where we always strive to provide fast and personal service.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has very good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written.
  • Enjoys helping others and has a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Is meticulous, efficient, and likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based at our headquarters in Gävle, with the possibility of some remote work.

Our range includes over 20,000 unique products, both online and in our stores.
