Job Description

In the role of Electrical Test Leader, you will be responsible for conducting tests in our high-voltage laboratory with associated test halls. It is a high-tech workplace that is rare in Sweden. The tests are performed on various cable systems both for customers and R&D projects. As a test leader, you ensure that the testing is conducted in accordance with applicable test plans and standards. You are responsible for your test halls/test sites and that all test equipment is functioning and calibrated. You ensure that everything is in its place, done correctly - and with an eye for development, you see opportunities for continuous improvements and investments. You will lead teams of experienced assemblers who perform the actual test connections. You will plan and document completed tests in test protocols and control cards, as well as keep time records up to date.

Your role includes planning, executing, communicating, and ensuring that our tests are conducted safely and with minimal impact on the environment. You actively work with planning, projects, and production to create the right conditions for conducting safe tests in accordance with delivery plans. The role of Test Leader also includes on-call duties.
