Are you an experienced Document Controller looking to contribute to high-impact projects? Join our team supporting critical CAPEX initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.

Location: Södertälje (minimum 3 days/week onsite) / 2 days Stockholm Office

Duration: Long-term assignment (initial 6 months, expected 1–2+ years)

Allocation:

• 50% – Project 1
• 50% – Project 2

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in document control platforms like Asite and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of BIM tools and document workflows.
• Fluent in Swedish – essential for site coordination with contractors.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional project environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead document control implementation for global engineering projects.
• Interface with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage and process project documentation.
• Set up and manage document structures in SharePoint, Teams, and Asite.
• Migrate documentation from contractor platforms to the client common data environment.
• Manage document transmittals between the client and external partners.
• Engage in global forums with Document Controllers to align on best practices.
• Support training initiatives and promote awareness of effective document management.
• Collaborate with the client IT for system enhancements and tool integrations.
• Develop and oversee quality assurance processes for document management.
