We are looking for someone interested in working as a line coordinator in food production in Bjuv. In this role, you will coordinate one or more lines in our production and ensure that production runs smoothly and meets quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating teams and guiding them to achieve optimal performance. Work in a cold storage facility may occur. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Preparation for Production: 

• Communicate operational changes and daily goals to the team. 
• Assign team members their positions and address any staffing gaps. 
• Ensure the checklist is completed before production starts.

During Production: 

• Ensure that everyone follows the established safety regulations at the workplace. 
• Monitor compliance with working hours and breaks.
• Monitor quality, line speed, and target volumes, and report any deviations to the line leader.
• Immediately address missing dollies/ingredients or quality issues.
• Ensure that established GMP policies are maintained throughout the shift.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the line leader to discuss how the day's plan is being met and the outcomes from the last hour.
• Hold meetings with the team/teams to provide feedback on performance. 

End of Production: 

• Conduct checks to ensure that no meal kits are left at the workstations. 
• Complete checklists at the end of the workday to ensure a clean and organized work environment 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred. 
• Understanding of processes and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
• Understanding of safety and hygiene protocols. 
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish. 
• Driver's license and access to a car.
