Are you a newly graduated truck mechanic who is self-driven and enjoys being on the go? Then this position is perfect for you!

About the positionWe are now looking for a mobile passenger car mechanic for repairs and service of vehicles. You will start from our workshop in Kallhäll with a fully equipped service vehicle. Your main customers are located in Kallhäll, but travel to Strängnäs and Västerås may occur daily.

Job responsibilities

• Perform inspections and service on vehicles
• Diagnose and fix simpler mechanical faults that do not require a workshop visit
• Change hoses, electrical cables, connections between car and trailer, and perform simpler hydraulic repairs
• Transport vehicles for inspection and repair

We are looking for someone who:

• Is solution-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to report to the vehicle manager in a structured way
• Enjoys working independently and is not afraid to work outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
• Has good communication skills and can collaborate with both drivers and management to ensure smooth work processes

Qualifications and personal qualities

• Genuine interest in cars and mechanics
• Experience in heavy mechanics is an advantage
• Structured and efficient, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• BC driver's license (required), CE and YKB are advantageous
• Experience in basic mechanics for passenger cars
• Experience with van damages and refrigeration units (advantageous)
• Computer skills – familiar with web-based systems, vehicle control, and reporting via app
• Swedish and English in speech and writing

Other

The assignment includes staffing through Kraftsam Recruitment & Staffing, with good opportunities to transition to employment with our client. The position is full-time and will start as soon as possible.
