So who am I?

I am a 51-year-old man living in a villa with my dog (a long-haired chihuahua) in Bålsta. I use a wheelchair, have facial paralysis, and have a hearing impairment due to a medical injury in 2015.

I am now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with me in Bålsta! In the role of my assistant, you will make a difference in my life and work with your colleagues to help me live a good life!

About the position

As my assistant, you are expected to be able to plan, organize, and structure the day independently, and to take your own initiatives together with me. You will accompany me in everyday life in everything that happens. You are simply an extension of me! A driver's license is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As my assistant, it is crucial to show patience, be attentive, and flexible in your working methods.

Who are you?

You are an honest, meticulous, responsible, and reliable person with a lot of empathy. You have the ability to take your own initiatives, possess patience, social skills, and can understand my situation and be very attentive.

Requirements

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Driver's license B

Must not be allergic to dogs

Working hours and employment level

Position 1:

A scheduled position at 50% (rolling 4 weeks) with work during the day, evening, and weekends.

Position 2:

Hourly employment/as needed

Summer substitute

Salary

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.
