The area of anesthesia/surgery/intensive care belongs to the Division of Function and consists of two units in the region: Sunderby Hospital and Gällivare Hospital. The ICU in Gällivare includes both intensive care and cardiac intensive care as well as post-op. Our four cornerstones are communication, respect, quality, and approach.

We are looking for

We are looking for a nursing assistant who has completed nursing assistant training and has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have training in emergency care and experience working in ICU, emergency care, or other care departments.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as teamwork skills, a holistic view, and the ability to work independently. You are flexible, stable, and service-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to creating safe and professional care for our patients.

What you will work with

With us in the ICU/HIA/Postop, the work is varied and educational, including both nursing and medical technology. In intensive care, we work with the acute management of patients with serious illness or injury. Here we take care of newly operated patients, trauma patients, and patients with failing vital functions. You will collaborate closely with other professionals who together form a team, with the patient and their relatives in focus.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement, working hours are scheduled during the day Monday - Friday.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
