About the Position

We are looking for dedicated employees with an interest in production for assignments starting continuously at Volvo CE Braås, through us at Adecco. In your role as a Forklift Operator at Volvo CE Braås, your main tasks will include handling incoming deliveries, unloading, loading, material handling, order picking, warehouse management, and of course, forklift driving. You will move, handle, and ultimately deliver materials in production. The work group is characterized by an open work climate where you work closely with your colleagues, and great emphasis is placed on creating and maintaining a good working environment and collaboration with everyone around. The work is scheduled during daytime or evening hours.

About You

As an applicant, you should have some prior knowledge and experience in forklift driving, preferably from the industrial sector. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience from work that requires high stress tolerance, either from e.g., manufacturing industry or another area such as the service industry. For the role, it is required that you are responsible and possess a high work ethic, as well as ensuring that the organization's routines, rules, and policies are followed. As a person, you are driven and positively inclined towards new knowledge and development. You are diligent and see your part in the chain and enjoy working at a fast pace. Furthermore, you are a flexible and good team player who humbly takes responsibility for your own as well as the team's performance, as well as contributing to the group's well-being and enjoyment at work.

To succeed well in the role of Forklift Operator, it is important that you:

Have experience from similar tasks
Are responsible and meticulous in your work and contribute to an effective work effort
Show interest and respect for your leader and colleagues
Are used to working in a fast-paced environment
Have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is particularly meritorious if you have relevant vocational training or experience in industry/technology or vehicles. Please attach any relevant certifications in your application, such as forklift licenses, overhead crane licenses, or other qualifications.

About the Employment

Our client, Volvo CE Braås, is located 30 km north of Växjö and is a world leader in its industry. Volvo's facility in Braås is where the world's first articulated dump truck was born in 1966. Additionally, the facility is the first CO2-neutral factory in the entire automotive industry. The organization is in constant development and therefore needs additional employees. The position as an assembler is a consultancy assignment starting continuously as needed. The duration of the assignment is 6 months, with a good possibility of further extension. Working hours are during the day and/or evening. This will be discussed in a possible interview.

Please note that the position is part of our consulting staffing, where you will be employed by Adecco and assigned to our client companies. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at Adecco to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
