Job Responsibilities

As a doctor with us, you will meet a great team that is used to working in collaboration. We place great emphasis on teamwork and constantly strive to be innovative in what we do. We take good care of each other and also enjoy getting to know new colleagues who bring new ideas to our organization.

Your responsibilities will consist of the usual tasks for your profession as a specialist doctor in general medicine, all based on the patients' care needs. This includes outpatient work and contact via phone, as well as through chat24. The assignment also includes work with BVC, supervision of students and AT/ST doctors, as well as some duties in a shared evening and weekend clinic. We also have elderly care and responsibility for special accommodations.

About the Workplace

At the Veddige health center, you will meet professional and dedicated employees who take good care of each other and our patients. In September 2024, our new operations manager, Linn Hultfeldt, who was recently named Innovator of the Year in Region Halland, started. Linn has a great interest in driving and developing primary care's mission in a changing world and is committed to providing conditions for a good work environment and competence supply.

With us, you will be part of a very competent team that is passionately driving the development of the health center forward. We actively work in the medical group with a focus on Wise Clinical Choices for improved primary care and have the National Board of Health and Welfare's goal of 1100 listed patients per district doctor in sight. At the workplace as a whole, Linn has implemented the expression "Wise Organizational Choices" to find more efficient flows, eliminate time thieves, and ensure that the right competence does the right thing.

Our health center consists of doctor and district nurse clinics, laboratory testing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, neurorehabilitation, social worker, BVC, specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, smoking cessation, and risk use. Duties may include both the Veddige health center and our branch in Bua.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed specialist doctor in general medicine.

As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and appreciate teamwork. You also have a desire and commitment to develop and change towards an even better health and medical care.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills are required.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
