Description

The department for preschool, elementary school, and adapted elementary school consists of eleven preschools and eight schools, as well as adapted elementary school.

We are currently seeking substitute teachers for preschool, elementary school, and after-school care. Here, you will make an important contribution to help children and students develop, learn, and grow based on their individual circumstances.

Responsibilities

You are expected to perform daily tasks that absent staff usually carry out.

Responsibilities within preschool include participating in children's play and activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as supporting children in their development according to the curriculum.

Responsibilities within elementary school and after-school care include conducting your own lessons, assisting with indoor and outdoor activities, helping and supporting children in their development according to the curriculum, and being responsible for the after-school care activities together with regular staff.

As a substitute teacher, you may be called upon at short notice to replace regular staff.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are primarily looking for individuals who are trained childcare workers or teaching assistants. It is an advantage if you have some form of pedagogical education.

We are also looking for someone who is engaged and responsible with good collaborative skills, who can independently conduct teaching and activities. You should be able to meet students at their level and be a good role model. Your responsibility is to provide good care and ensure the safety of children and students in daily work. You are expected to have a positive attitude towards both children, students, guardians, and colleagues.

You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You should be able to work at short notice.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

We Offer

Intermittent employment, which means you work based on when there is a need in the operations. Start date as soon as possible.
