We are now offering an engaged nursing assistant with good knowledge in planning within home care a thrilling assignment that involves helping to shape the future of home care in Kungälv! The current placement of the position is in the Southeast Center's home care.

We are undergoing an exciting reorganization with a focus on advocacy roles, continuing education according to the Elderly Care Lift, and welfare technology. Our goal is to create modern and value-creating home care centers to meet the challenges we face. Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you are a key person in the network around the users. In your new role, you motivate and stimulate users based on their individual conditions, needs, and wishes, which is why the tasks vary. You will get to know many people's life situations, which can be both interesting and challenging. The tasks as a nursing assistant include, among other things, care work, being a primary care contact, planning, implementing, documenting in Treserva, and following up, as well as performing health and medical care interventions delegated by a nurse. In addition to close collaboration with your colleagues, you will also have contact with other professionals. You will partially work as a nursing assistant in care-related work and partially administratively with planning based on the needs of the operation.

Some of the largest parts of the planning assignment are to collaborate with the coordinator, plan user interventions in the planning system TES, record absence/overtime in Time Care Planning, and book substitutes in Time Care Pool. You will also handle decisions in Treserva, have contact with users and relatives, and collaborate with relevant professionals. Experience from the mentioned systems is advantageous for the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has good experience in planning for a work group within home care. You should be interested in working with development and change, have good collaboration skills, initiative, and be able to work independently. Since you will have contact with several professionals, we prefer that you are structured and enjoy working with varied tasks.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, good computer skills. A valid B driver's license is a requirement for the position in Kode/Romelanda home care as the work group is mobile.
