Your Responsibilities

As an operational purchaser, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of essential planned needs to our production, characterized by a strong project focus. You will be part of a team that purchases materials for both prototypes and small-scale production of technically complex solutions. This places high demands on quality, flexibility, teamwork, and quick actions from both suppliers and purchasers. Your key interfaces, besides the suppliers, will be planning and several different project offices. Your ongoing tasks will primarily include the following:

• Purchasing materials and services based on planned needs
• Ordering and delivery follow-up
• Gathering cost estimates
• Ongoing feedback to customer managers and handling supplier follow-up
• Flow optimization

The position is located in Järfälla. The department will move to a new office in Solna during Q3/Q4 2025.

Your Profile

We wish that you have a background in operational purchasing or have a high technical educational background that is considered relevant.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of the factors that drive purchasing in the supply chain. You should also be able to independently drive to ensure good delivery precision. To succeed and thrive with us, we believe that you are also an unpretentious and solution-oriented person who can act in the moment while keeping focus on the goal. You need to be responsible, proactive, and have a positive attitude.
