You will be part of a team of colleagues who together handle the company's IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. As part of the team, you will solve users' IT problems, big and small, hand over cases to other workgroups within the department when necessary, follow up on ticket management, and document solutions to streamline your work. You will also work with several services, and with that experience, there is an opportunity to grow into a role with more responsibility. For this role, we see that you have a strong interest in IT; perhaps you have built your own computer or love troubleshooting your device when something isn't working as it should. Your desire to understand how things work is more than just a job or learned behavior. Additionally, you likely enjoy working in a high-performing team and are driven by the desire to make cutting-edge technical solutions even better. You find network and cybersecurity interesting and realize the need to understand complex systems and their vulnerabilities.
We see that you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- At least 6 months of experience in a service desk
- Windows environment
- Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365
- Ticketing systems; e.g., ServiceNow
- Intune
Meritorious:
- Windows server (e.g., patching)
- Google Workspace
- Mac OS
- SCCM
- Powershell

Start: Immediate start with consideration for notice period. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
