About the position

At Perido, we assist government agencies in the Stockholm area in finding helpdesk staff for upcoming assignments. We are looking for both junior and senior candidates; more information about start dates and placements will be provided if you are selected for an assignment.

The following tasks may be included in the role:

• Ensure that IT equipment is functioning
• Provide service support via phone, email, and chat to users regarding hardware and software
• Administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
• Instruct users on how to work with various programs

Qualifications for junior helpdesk:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least six (6) months of work experience in the field
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications for senior helpdesk:

• Bachelor's degree in IT (e.g., computer engineering) or other equivalent IT education and at least one (1) year of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and two (2) years of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
