We are looking for an engaged and responsible occupational therapist for our municipal primary care. As an occupational therapist with us, you will play an important role in supporting and rehabilitating patients to improve their daily quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessment and treatment of patients with various disabilities.
• Prescription of assistive devices according to the prescription process.
• Designing individual rehabilitation plans.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers and professional groups.
• Documentation and follow-up of the patient's development.
• Guidance/training for care staff.
• Assessment and certification for housing adaptation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed occupational therapist.
• Experience in municipal primary care is meritorious but not required.
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate, and a genuine commitment to the profession.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with the documentation system Combine is meritorious but not required.
• Requirement for a B driver's license.
