JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a substitute dance teacher for Kulturgården for the autumn term of 2025, starting in early September. The teaching is scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays with working hours between 14:30 and 18:30. You will teach in the styles of Street Jazz, Show Jazz, and Dance Acrobatics.

The goal of Kulturgården's dance courses is to offer an active and meaningful leisure time where the social aspect is just as important as the dance development. As a dance teacher with us, you need to be able to engage young people from different backgrounds and circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a dance educator or has other dance training and experience working with children and youth. As a person, you are social and flexible and feel confident in the role of a leader. You have good communication skills and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone can feel welcome and safe. You inspire and motivate young people to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others.

To work at Kulturgården, you need to submit an approved extract from the police criminal record. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period.
