Economist with experience in analysis and forecasting management

About the position

As an economist in the marine material business area, you will work to maintain and develop financial support for the project's leaders. You will support project leaders in their projects related to financial issues concerning financial planning, monitoring, and analysis. In addition, you will work on analyzing and developing forecasts and preparing financial documentation for follow-ups. You will support project leaders, managers, and employees in the financial area and ensure that the financial processes within the area are followed and developed.

In the role of economist, you are an important part of promoting an efficient supply chain through contacts with external parties and contributing your expertise in the delivery process.

The position is located in Stockholm.

About you

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma in economics, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider equivalent. If you also have post-secondary education in the financial field, it is an advantage but not a requirement for the position.

You have relevant experience in analysis, forecasting management, and calculation, as well as experience in budgeting, planning, and follow-up related to projects. You have experience supporting employees in financial matters related to projects. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of financial reporting and experience working in financial and business systems; it is advantageous if you have experience with SAP or ERP. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with financial steering models and have worked with governmental financial administrative regulations.
