Job Description

Do you have experience in telephony, service, or working with customer surveys? We are currently looking for someone to take on a short full-time assignment as a telephone operator for our client in Uppsala. The assignment will last for about 1 month. There is an opportunity for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews and gather feedback from customers
• Some basic administration
• Provide support and information to customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Outgoing and enjoy talking on the phone
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and meticulous
• Experience in customer service or similar work is an advantage
• Excellent Swedish in spoken and written form
