Customer Service Representative Needed in Borås

We are currently looking for customer service representatives for our client in Borås. You will be employed by Uniflex and hired out to the client during the summer.

About the Position

As a customer service representative, you are an important link between the company and its customers. You will assist customers with their questions and needs via phone and email.

Working hours will vary between day, evening, and weekend. The position is expected to last during the summer period.

Swedish and English are required. If you can also speak and write Norwegian or Finnish, it is an advantage.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your tasks will mainly consist of receiving inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, quality, and invoicing questions.

• Has good language skills in Swedish and English

• Is at least 18 years old

Previous experience in similar work is an advantage, but personal qualities are of utmost importance.
