WHO IS FRAM?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the world's most fun jobs. We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and view companies and staff a little differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are genuinely passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, with offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg, and we are really doing great.

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has really established itself here in Stockholm since 2023 with several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in all respects. We are committed and intend to become the undisputed best employer for us industry professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious establishments and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from nice neighborhood restaurants, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and conference facilities where the common denominator is that they are reputable workplaces, whole and clean restaurants with a good atmosphere.

We do not make short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come, whether they are our colleagues or our clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will be employed by us at FRAM and work at various locations across the city. Sometimes you may work at several different workplaces in a week or take on a long-term assignment at the same place. You will receive assignment proposals in good time, you go out and work for our clients, and you get paid by us. Quite straightforward.

You have complete freedom to choose how you want to work. Only daytime on weekdays? No problem. Want to work only evenings? Absolutely. Want to always be off certain days of the week? We can arrange that! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT! We don’t care if it’s during busy holiday seasons or if you find a good and cheap last-minute trip and want to take time off on short notice.

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to work, and what type of service you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is pretty much as you would expect, and we will dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan in the city.

WHO ARE YOU?

FRAM is looking for someone who is whole and clean, has a few years of experience as a server, bartender, or head waiter. You don’t need to be super qualified or have worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you know how the industry works, are great at serving guests, understand service for real, and know what works.

Since all our clients' restaurant managers are good people, they will take good care of you when you are on the job and ensure you feel welcome. You will meet a lot of other great people when you work with us.

We are looking for someone with equal parts professional knowledge, character, and the right attitude. You don’t need to be as overly driven as us quirky folks in the office, but you are enthusiastic, unpretentious, and good people. You are just the right amount of social, alert, and genuinely enjoy working in a restaurant.

Otherwise, you are just the right amount of social, can chat, and genuinely like your profession.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is quite skilled at their job, and most importantly, everyone who works with us is just good people. If you don’t know what "good people" means, you don’t need to apply for this job. We don’t just take anyone in, and it’s not easy to get a job with us.
