About the company:

Our client is a leading player in the development and production of electrical and electronic systems for demanding industrial environments. Their solutions are used in several industries, including transportation and mining. The company has a strong market position and offers a workplace with good development opportunities, flexible working hours, and shortened workdays on Fridays.

About the role:

The position involves working with electrical assembly of wiring and components, primarily in control cabinets and similar systems. The work is carried out according to drawings and specifications, where accuracy and quality assurance are central parts of the process.

You will receive a solid introduction with support from experienced colleagues and a mentor to quickly get into the work. Additionally, there are great opportunities for skill development and training in new components and electrical products.

The position is a rental assignment with the possibility of employment with the client after the rental period.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in electrical assembly, control cabinet construction, or automation
• The ability to work accurately, structured, and independently
• Good understanding of reading drawings and electrical schematics
• Basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as collaboration and communication are important parts of the job

Previous experience in electrical assembly, control cabinets, testing, or trialing automation solutions is an advantage.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are meticulous and structured. You thrive in a technical environment and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
