Become a part of Motel L in Hammarby Sjöstad, the affordable design hotel perfectly located centrally in Hammarby Sjöstad near Avicii Arena and Eriksdalsbadet.

Here you will find a pleasant lobby bar and 226 hotel rooms where we always deliver high-quality guest experiences. We are now looking for a sparkling service star for the reception. You are a passionate person who loves working with service and personal interaction. To thrive with us, engagement and love for the profession, flexibility, and responsibility are required.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will work with traditional reception duties such as check-in and check-out, booking, sales, and information. Sales in our bar are also part of the job, so we prefer that you are at least 20 years old to apply for this position. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests receive personal attention with the best possible service.

We use Mews as our booking system and Trivec in our bar.

Qualifications

We expect you to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English. To apply for this position, you must be at least 20 years old as we handle alcohol. It is an advantage if you have documented experience in the industry.

Conditions

The position is a part-time, as-needed employment, perfect for you who are studying or want a side job. In this recruitment, we are looking for several employees who would like to become part of our team for the summer, and we will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, meaning the position(s) may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-23:00, weekdays and weekends. During events, working hours may extend until 01.
