Warehouse Administrator for our central warehouse in Helsingborg

About the role

As a warehouse administrator, you will ensure the incoming and outgoing deliveries of equipment, inventory, stock levels, and restocking of goods. To ensure structure and accurate stock levels, you will work in our warehouse system.

In your role, you will also be responsible for communicating with our team leaders in the towing organization regarding equipment orders. You will also be in contact with contracted suppliers to ensure the replenishment of goods.

Adjacent to the warehouse, there is a parking area for vehicles where we store vehicles for partners. You will assist with vehicle sorting, vehicle handover, and simpler vehicle-related tasks such as tire inflation, unlocking, and jump-starting. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have experience or interest in vehicles and technology.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing goods.

• Packaging and shipping of goods.

• Ordering of goods.

• Inventory management.

• Stocktaking.

• Vehicle-related tasks.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience in similar tasks is an advantage but not a requirement. We see it as positive if you have an interest in vehicles.

• Good teamwork skills and service-oriented.

• Self-driven and solution-oriented.

• Structured and meticulous.

• A valid B driver's license is required; a C driver's license and forklift license are advantageous.

Employment: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours during weekdays from Monday to Friday.
