About the role

As a café assistant, you are an important part of the Fred’s experience. You greet guests with joy, keep things organized behind the counter, and contribute to an inviting environment. You step in extra when needed – daytime, evenings, and weekends – and support the team where it is most needed.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and serve food, drinks, and coffee
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure the café is clean, tidy, and inviting
• Assist with simple orders and restocking
• Be an ambassador for Fred’s philosophy: care, awareness, and local quality

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Is flexible and can work extra, especially during evenings and weekends
• Has energy, a sense of responsibility, and a feeling for service
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
• Has an eye for detail and spreads a positive vibe

Previous experience in a café, store, or restaurant is a plus – but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to develop.
