This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's location in Klippan.

About the Warehouse Worker Position

As a warehouse worker, you will be involved in picking and packing, loading, unloading, and operating forklifts. You will be an important part of the logistics chain and contribute to ensuring that our goods are handled efficiently and accurately. The work is shift-based, which means we are looking for someone who is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Are You the Right Person for the Job?

We are looking for driven and effective team players who thrive in a fast and structured work environment. You have an eye for detail, work meticulously, and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. As a person, you are independent, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You have a positive attitude, are flexible, and have no problem adapting to equal working hours and varying work pace. Experience in warehouse work and forklift operation is advantageous, but the most important thing is your willingness to work and commitment.

Requirements for the Position

• Forklift license A1-4 and B3
• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Good physical condition
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience in forklift operation
• Experience operating a reach truck (B3)

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and conviction register as part of this recruitment process before a potential employment.
