About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Trollhättan. The position is a summer temporary role of 11 hours/week and will run from the beginning of June to August.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Restocking merchandise
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cash handling and participation in opening/closing

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hard-working sales associate who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn Deichmann Shoe's concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, e.g., restaurant/store, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast-paced environment, or you may be seeking your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right mindset. If you are a person who enjoys working with people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job could be for you. You are someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. We also prefer that you are open to working in nearby stores and that you have the ability to work extra hours when needed. You need to be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
