Personal Assistant Needed for 27-Year-Old in Visby/Eskelhem

We are looking for an assistant for our client who lives in Eskelhem with his parents. We are seeking someone who can work afternoons/evenings and weekends. You will have a fixed schedule with the possibility of flexibility in working hours and days based on the client's activities.

The client is 27 years old and attends a daily activity program in Visby four days a week. The goal is for him to move out on his own to an apartment in Visby. This may also involve working awake nights, if that is your preference.

The client has many leisure activities where you will accompany him. He enjoys air rifle shooting, bowling, and video games. He has a developmental disability with elements of autism and also has diabetes and epilepsy. You will receive training and delegation in diabetes management.

As an applicant, you should have a strong sense of responsibility, be meticulous, empathetic, attentive, and have a positive outlook. You need to be flexible and help activate him. You should be able to be a role model for a young man entering adulthood. You are non-smoker.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is not required, but it is an advantage. However, we do require good references, preferably from similar work.
