JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for two substitute teachers in leisure centers for Vattmyraskolan, preferably with a focus on music.

You will contribute to stimulating and challenging the students' curiosity, development, and learning. Furthermore, you are knowledgeable in governing documents, interested in operational development, and have a strong ambition to develop the operations. Based on the curriculum and the students' needs, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the leisure activities in one of our grades. You participate in the students' entire day together with both the class teacher and the whole team. You have regular professional contact with guardians, student health, and other school staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher in leisure centers and preferably has experience working in leisure centers. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, guardians, and other staff.

You relate to children and adults in a responsive and flexible manner and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. You see collegial learning as a given and a prerequisite for creating new and deepened knowledge.

You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You develop students' ability to learn and involve them in planning the activities. You have high and positive expectations of the students and are solution-focused. You place great importance on order and structure in the learning environments and have clear leadership. You remain calm and controlled in stressful situations. You maintain a realistic perspective on situations and focus on the right things. You adapt the activities and your approach based on the students' needs.

Requirements:
• Qualified primary teacher in leisure centers

Meritorious:
• Experience working in schools or leisure centers, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
• Knowledge of NPF and experience with language impairment.
• Other relevant pedagogical education for the position

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
