We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work dedicatedly for our client's Norwegian customers. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and is intended to be long-term as long as all parties are satisfied.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Our client's customer success team is crucial for creating a positive experience for its users – both landlords and tenants. We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to help build the Norwegian customer support from the ground up in the exciting work of launching in Norway.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team working with customer service. Your main tasks will include responding to emails and chats from users who have questions about rentals, contracts, and general service. You will also be involved in outbound calls to assist users further in the process.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and a good understanding of Norwegian, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Has work experience in service
• Is skilled in written communication

Additional Information:

• Start: Immediate
• Scope: Full-time, 40 h/week
• Assignment: Initially six months with very good chances of extension as the ambition is long-term with a chance of over-recruitment as long as all parties are satisfied
