About us

Aleris Hand & Fot at Sophiahemmet currently consists of about 20 employees, including doctors, specialized nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. At the clinic, we specialize in treating patients in need of elective hand and foot surgery. We operate in two of our own operating rooms. Occasionally, we rent out rooms to other specialties.

With us, patients receive a cohesive care chain that includes assessment visits, advanced imaging diagnostics, surgery, and postoperative rehabilitation, contributing to high quality and excellent patient satisfaction. We are accredited healthcare providers by Sophiahemmet and are also working towards obtaining ISO certification in quality and environment this year. Quality and patient satisfaction are central to our work.

We close the operating unit for four weeks during the summer and one week around Christmas and New Year.

About the job and your development

About you

You are a licensed nurse with specialized training in surgery, with at least 2 years of experience in orthopedics.

We are looking for someone who values providing good care, has a good sense of humor, and maintains high quality in patient work through professionalism. You are used to working independently and adapt to the various situations you encounter. We would like you to engage in the development of the organization and collaborate with your colleagues to promote modern and efficient healthcare.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement exists.
