We are now looking for an Export Salesperson - a dynamic role with an international focus!

You will be based at our office in Arlöv, just outside Malmö, and have approximately 30 travel days per year within Europe.

What does Afriso EMA do?

With sister companies in 17 countries and over 1300 employees, Afriso develops products for the safe handling of explosive and toxic substances. We have extensive experience in creating better environments for industry, defense, municipalities, and the state, and offer products and services in level monitoring, heat control, gas monitoring, as well as pressure and temperature.

Afriso EMA Sweden is an independent subsidiary with 14 colleagues and an office in Arlöv, just outside Malmö. The Swedish company also develops, produces, and sells some of its own products. Jonas, who is the CEO, currently also oversees export sales, which means you will take over some of his customers and have the opportunity to shadow him and learn everything you need about the products and customers.

What does an Export Salesperson do with us?

As an Export Salesperson at Afriso EMA, you will be responsible for developing our international sales, both directly to customers and through our distributors and subsidiaries in Europe. You will be based at our office in Arlöv but will travel approximately 30 days per year to meet customers, partners, and develop business relationships.

Some of your tasks:

  • Be responsible for sales and business development in international markets

  • Build and develop long-term relationships with distributors and subsidiaries

  • Target and develop new customers within the industry

  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal

  • Conduct customer visits and participate in trade fairs in Europe

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales strategies

Who are you?

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably of technical products

  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys both direct sales and distributor collaborations

  • Business-driven, results-oriented, and structured

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40 days per year within Europe

  • Possess a valid driver's license (B)
