We at Reservdelaronline are looking for a new team member for our customer support where you will respond to support inquiries from customers. There is also an opportunity to grow in your role and take on greater responsibility for the support department and develop it together.

The position is located in new, fresh premises in the growing business park Albyberg in Österhaninge.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in customer support via chat, email, and ticketing system
• Find the right spare parts in exploded views based on model and model number
• Handle return cases and create return slips
• Respond to inquiries about orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Sortiment management, sorting products and adding product data such as product texts, images, etc.

Your skills and experiences:

Requirements:

✅ Good computer skills

✅ Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

✅ Completed high school education

✅ Experience in searching in some form of exploded views

Meritorious but not required:

✅ Interest in machines and engines

✅ Experience from previous customer service

Who is Reservdelaronline?

Reservdelaronline is an expanding e-commerce company that sells spare parts for small machines such as garden machines, mopeds, snowmobiles, etc. via our website www.reservdelaronline.se.

The company started selling spare parts online in 2017 and has grown every year since, and is now one of the largest in the market focused on spare parts for garden machines. Our core values are good prices, fast deliveries, and help to find the right part.

We currently have 7 full-time employees, but during peak season, the workforce doubles. We are a young team that enjoys teamwork and has a relaxed atmosphere, and during our breaks, we sometimes play ping pong in hopes of becoming like Waldner.

Information about the position:

Location: Albyberg industrial area, Österhaninge

Start: Immediately

Extent: Full-time

Duration: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30

Salary: Contractual monthly salary according to the warehouse and e-commerce agreement

Benefits: Occupational pension according to the warehouse and e-commerce agreement as well as annual wellness allowance
