We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Supply Chain Support for an exciting assignment in Borås. In this role, you will be a key person to ensure smooth transport planning and proactive management of the daily challenges in the supply chain.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the planning of standardized transport requests

• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in various solutions together with users and the IT department

• Act quickly on deviations in solutions related to incoming transports

• Provide training and support to users – both internal and external

You will work cross-functionally with many stakeholders and contribute to ensuring that the supply chain operates efficiently, smoothly, and sustainably.

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or a related field

• Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot in digital systems

• Independent, proactive, and communicative

• Accustomed to working with multiple parallel tasks and meeting deadlines

• Pedagogical – you enjoy supporting and training others
