Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Sätila

We are looking for an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to be part of our team at Kronans Apotek in Sätila. The pharmacy is located inside the Sätila health center and is small and cozy with many lovely regular customers. Kronans Apotek Sätila is the only pharmacy in the area, and you will make good use of your pharmaceutical knowledge in meetings with our customers. You will work together with a wonderful team consisting of pharmacists and a pharmacy technician who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy, support each other, and create world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the business complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to an outpatient pharmacy. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and offering the best possible patient counseling while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.
• Ensure that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are conducted and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Responsible for ensuring that deviations and deficiencies that arise in the pharmacy are handled, assessed, and that appropriate measures are taken.
• Have overall responsibility for monitoring the quality of the operations and spreading knowledge about good medication use and quality to other employees.

The pharmacy is open from 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays with a lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you will belong to pharmacy manager Anna Gavik's team. Desired start date is negotiable.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have extensive experience as a pharmacist and want to share and inspire with your knowledge to both colleagues and customers to contribute to good medication use and health.

For the LMA role, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you can be part of an engaged team working towards clearly defined goals.
